Your data are collected by Dennemeyer S.A., with registered office 55, rue des Bruyères, 1274 Howald, Luxembourg, represented by its Managing Director Dr. Reinhold Nowak. Dennemeyer S.A. shares personal data with affiliated and partner companies, which are indirectly under common control with Dennemeyer S.A. (hereinafter “Dennemeyer IP Group”).

The Dennemeyer IP Group appointed Mr. Peter Rother as data protection officer.

In addition, your personal data are collected by CTC International Media Ltd., 23 Hedgers Way, TN233GN Kingsnorth, Kent, United Kingdom (hereinafter “CTC”).

2. Type of personal data

By visiting this website and submitting this form, Dennemeyer IP Group and CTC collect your IP address and log information of your activity on the website as well as your name, surname, position, contact details and answers provided by you.

3. Purpose and use of personal data

The purpose of the collection is to permit your participation to the survey IP Trend Monitor and receive the studies that will be created based on the survey. In addition, your personal data are shared within the Dennemeyer IP Group and used to contact you to offer Dennemeyer IP Group’s services as well as to provide you with informational emails regarding IP matters, Dennemeyer IP Group’s services, invitation to online or onsite events of various nature. CTC will use your personal data for the purpose of creating the study and related material. We will store your data until withdrawal of your consent. You will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email or by sending an email to dataprivacy@dennemeyer.com.

4. Transfer to third countries and transfer to third partied

These personal data might also be shared with some of the affiliated or partner companies of Dennemeyer located outside of the European Economic Area with which Dennemeyer has standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission in place to ensure that processing is performed under provided appropriate safeguards.
